Today, had training training [;
hehhs,
a short short training la.

Meet iris as usual xD
walked to interchange,
saw sandy,mabel,slyvia,jessika looking at something,
i think phones, {if i'm not wrong la} :l
saw rachel,jiaying,sharifah aready at the interchange,
154 there, waiting for the bus bus to come [;

Then, reached school, actually was so sunny&hot la :x
suddenly, after doing 100lay-ups{right}
started to drizzil liao lo,
then continue, 100lay-ups,{left}
then go in canteen, do hurdles,
at the pe room there lo.
needa do 30times, jump jump jump, {each person}
then coach say stop after we do 16times,
cause raining super uber heavily & the matress,
soooooooo wet cause we stepped on the wet floors,
then scared got accidents and stuffs lo.

then wanted to run de,
from 2nd floor to the 4th floor,
many many times, but everywhere on the floor is wet and slippery la :l
and flood flood ];
then went outside gym room there,
talk talk talk, then training end le.
cause we cannot do anything,
then friday no training la,
cause c division girls got match.
then we have to go SUPPORT !
after training went to help mslee with the 45th anniversary thingy la :l
idk whats that, do do do until now having kinda hand cramp? LOL !!!

compulsary leh the match, hai

will get a good good punishment from coach la hor [;
