Sec 3 seniors = 1 round compound not more than 4mins { if im not wrong }
Sec 2 seniors = 1round compound not more than 5mins .
Sec 1`s = 1round compound not more than 5mins 30sec . (:

i got 4.38 for 1st round .
2nd round = 4.42 -.-
3rd round = 4.37 .

then while waiting for sec 3 to run finish , sec 1 & 2 do physical at the court ,

after each round = rest half an hour .

i feel that its quite fun .

what we did was : Weight lifting {2.5kg} = 30 x 3sets .
Weight Lifting {5kg} = 15 x 3sets .
Medicine ball {whatever the spelling is } = 30/person x 3sets { chest passing }
V-situps = 30 x 3sets .
the leg thing , idk whats that called, = left 25 x 3sets , right 25 x 3sets .
