then after that coach come le ,
seniors are also ready ,
then run 3rounds inside 1 court ,
stretching, slack again lohs .
stretching also talk & talk ,
coach & seniors also dun careeeeeeeeeeeee ..
then until coach say gather,
we gather then seperate lohs,
then er ... only played 3matches & play some games ourselves,
shoot shoot, then debrief abit , training end .

wed going KARA-OK / KBOX at CHINATOWN ,
with teammates & some seniors who are not going Beijing .

after awhile , YongSheng came with his dogs,
so cute can ?!
