had training today, O:

super tough training,

make my muscles painpainpain, and its super!

we did physical in the morning,

pumping, skipping, jiaobu & one more, which i dk what's the name.

then later part, when the court is mopped,

we did passing, lay-ups, ball-handling, & dk what :x

then today break only once , )':

lucky my stomach didnt hurt alot , heh :D

after training, got sports talk, which i hated most ! >:l

& its 3hours,

i didnt listen at all,

was drawing, laughing & chitchatting the whole talk ,

HAHAHAHAHAHA !!

of course not myslef, with Sharifah & Iris :DD

then i can rest for 3days then Saturday training,

friday not counted cause school re-open,
