training today was SUPERB FUN MAN !
not tiring , yet sweaty .

we start off training runnning 4.8km .
from school gate run till lakeside there, turned into chinese garden, then run to dk where and blah.
layups, right & left , 50 - 50 .
shooting - 100 balls, did half way.
Ms Chang told us to do the fast break thingy which was quite fun . :DDDDD
after that MrKoh came, did layups with different kinds of er ..
idk how to elaborate it .
like he throws the ball in many ways & we got to catch the ball & layup.
no dribbling, no dropping of balls ! o;
then was fun too .
no break. LOL !
did a bit of drills & rained.

as usual, canteen .
continued drills till 6+ nearly 7 .
