as usual today,
uhmm, ya, as usual.
tomorrow there`s training,
at 12.30pm, and that`s right after school mannnnnnnnnnnn.

then go home can play laptop leh.
hehhs.

had training yesterday,
ohkay, quite slack.
but very few people for the first 1 & half hour.
there were, mandi,sharifah,iris,jiaying&reena. { huimin not included, she didn`t trained.}
ran the park, 3.2 - 4km.
was the 3rd sec1 ;DDDDDDDDDDDD
looool.
went for break,
the break was freaking long,
cause mdm wang & coach isn`t here.
then look at the seniors,
everyone took a cap, and wore it.
then have to pull down, very down,
like donald duck`s beak xD

mr koh say, we`re getting it next training :X
means tomorrow lo?!
not very sure la.
then do hurdles, 2osets.
pumping = 2osets.
situps = 2osets.
situps with a ball = 2sets {with a partner}
suicide run = 5sets,
first was 36sec, 38sec, 40sec, 41sec, 36sec.
LOL!
ohkay,
then rest awhile,
mr nor came and told us, have to run 6rounds compound,
within 25mins.
then we were like ohkay ohkay..
scully, HE JOKE WANT LO !!!!!!!!! wth.
make team-mates and me so shocked,
cause mr nor`s face look so serious cannnnnnn !
then bused home with iris,felina,huimin&jianing.

can`t wait for tomorrow`s training la,
cause going to play game,
but got ball handling. D;
i hate leh.

before i end this post,
there`s something i wanted to post,
i memorise aready ;D
here it is :

Sometimes i imagine, sailing through life,

Just in case there is no tomorrow for me,
i just wanted to let you know,
i am really thankful to have someone like you and i have engraved every moment we had together, deep into my heart, which i shall remember, forever.
