As usual today,
had lessons,
had training.

Training starts at 12.30pm today,
didn`t run 4km/5km today ;D
cause mdm wang not free for that period of time..
trained with seniors lo, but we did
the different thing,
i do until i fed-up luh,
that 1 big round scorching sun, made me
changed skin colour le ;D
abit darkerrrrrrrrr!

then do do do, then rest 5mins,
lucky mdm wang come and safe us,

we did dadui ,
3 per group. ;D
mdm wang, huimin & stella in one team mannnnnn,
then do 2sets of dadui.
the 2nd want, mandi,kimberly and i have to do 3opumpings x3sets
total 90pumpings,
rachel,sharifah & reena? i forgotten ..
they did 20pumpings x3sets, total 60pumpings..
went to eat straight after we thank jiaolian, mdm wang & stella.
bused home with iris.

came home,
didn`t bathe :X
sit down and maple-ed till 6+
bathe then eat,
